You agree that all ideas and discussions on the site are confidential and can only be discussed with other members of the team invited to collaborate on that idea. All parties included in the group subscribed to your idea - as either part of a discussion, response to an request for advice, or other communication on the site - share a common use license for that idea. They can use it without fee or legal action from you.
Honest & Helpful Clause. You promise to be constructive with the ideas, advice and feedback you give to others. You promise not to personally attack other users on the site and acknowledge that we reserve the right to independently terminate your account without warning and at our own discretion.

Innovation Engineering site administrators have access to all ideas and discussions so that they can help where appropriate. They are bound by confidentiality as well.
The methods, systems, materials and tools (together the Intellectual Property) in the Innovation Engineering Leadership Institute are and remain the exclusive property of The Eureka! Institute Inc., protected by trademarks, copyrights and patents, both granted and pending. The attendee at the Innovation Engineering Leadership Institute is granted a limited, nonexclusive license to use the Intellectual Property solely for the purpose of self improvement or improvement of the attendee's organization (for profit or non-profit).
This license does not include any rights to use the Intellectual Property in a commercial venture which competes with the Institute. Just as you can't copy a DVD that you buy and sell the copies, or have a commercial showing of the DVD, you can't copy the Institute's propriety materials and sell them to the public in any form, including but not limited to consulting services, education services, coaching services, training services, books, audio, video or publishing in any form or kind.
A commercial license to use the Innovation Engineering Intellectual Property is available. It's called the Innovation Engineering Black Belt training and licensing program.
